Jargon Buster
Education at secondary school level is full of jargon. Teachers use jargon and acronyms (a word made up of the initial letters of a phrase) all the time. However, parents may not necessarily understand all the terminology that we use in school. So this booklet aims to explain to parents, in straightforward language, what all the data on your son/daughter’s report means, and how we report about your child’s progress, in the “Annual Report to Parents”.
