Miss Kate Hall
Ethos Family Support Worker
Hello! I’m Kate and the Ethos Family Support Worker for Lord Grey Academy.
My role as the Family Support Worker is to work with families to enable their students to succeed in school. It may be that I help a family through a difficult time, or help them access the support and help that they need. I am often found having socially distanced coffee mornings with the local community as I truly believe that if I don’t know the local community, I can’t help the local community. Why not contact me to join our next morning?!
Mrs Kashina Smith
Ethos Youth Worker
Hello, I’m Kashina and the Ethos Youth Worker here at Lord Grey Academy.
My role as the Ethos Youth Work is to work with the young people here at Lord Grey Academy, to empower them, to help them empower others, to build their self confidence, increase their self esteem and to help them develop their moral character. I really enjoy working with young people, and have previously worked for Barking and Dgaenham council, youth charities and Jo Richardson Secondary School, which gave me a great opportunity to really understand the situations that young people face.
